Wheat Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies


This is a large part of the peanut butter brownie making. you can not tell the difference between wheat and regular flour. My family eats whenever pastries.



Wheat Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients
1/3 cup margarine, softened
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees Celsius). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, stick margarine and sugar together; incites add one at a time, and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and water.
In a separate mixing bowl, mix together flour with salt and baking powder, and baking soda. stir well to mix peanut butter and mix. spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the springs back when touched the top. Cool and cut into 16 squares.
