Healthy snacks to take to school


Back to school also it means thinking about snacks for children. Children's lunchbox should include rich alternatives, made with natural ingredients and, above all, that can be prepared in minutes. Yield: Four servings.
Nutritional exchange: 1 milk + ½ + ½ carbohydrate protein.
Calories: 167 kcal per serving.

Ingredients:
½ cup low-fat ricotta cheese
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 sachet of sweetener or 2 teaspoons honey
4 medium flour tortillas

Preparation:
1. Heat the tortillas for 20 seconds to separate them without breaking them.
2. In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, honey and vanilla until mixture is creamy.
3. Assemble the crepe or packet using the filler more like his son with two tablespoons (in medium tortillas) mix cheese and yogurt.
4. For best flavor, brown the packets in the pan or hot for 40 seconds in the microwave.
