It is very important not to make too thick, because we remain raw on the inside, but not too thin, because we would be hard. A thickness of about 5-7 mm is suitable. Perhaps the first time will not be perfect, but if you go writing down the steps and baking times, sure you are going to improve in the following times.

Remove the baking paper on top of the biscuits, and with the help of cookie cutters begins to cut the dough for cookies. As you place them by cutting them on the baking sheet where you go to bake.

When the oven has reached 180 ° C, put the tray with cookies and bake for about 15-20 minutes, because every oven is different and may vary slightly from one to another. When the cookies are golden brown in the middle and slightly darker at the edges, they are ready. Remove them and let them cool on a wire rack to the bottom breathe.
