Ingredients
1 Package graham crackers
500g Carrot
2 tablespoon brown sugar
125 grams grated coconut
1 pinch cinnamon

Steps
Peel and chop the carrots. We toss the carrots in a saucepan with water. Let boil until tender.

Reserve of water where you cooked carrots and drain them carrots. Then the grind.


Mix mashed carrots, cinnamon, brown sugar and half the amount of grated coconut.
