Simple peanut butter cookies
Easy and delicious. So are these spectacular Crackers peanut butter and homey flavor.

You need

1 egg
1 cup peanut butter (peanut), creamy
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup peanuts (groundnuts) PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla

Do it

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk the egg in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until foamy. Add remaining ingredients; whisk until well blended.
With this form 1-inch balls. Place them, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets. Crushes every ball, making a crisscross pattern with the tines of a fork.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool 1 minute. Remove them from the trays and put them on wire racks; cool them completely.
