Best Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butters
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter, softened
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and peanut butter together. add brown sugar, vanilla and eggs and paste until light and fluffy. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. add to butter mixture and mix until well blended. Stir in the peanuts.

Brownie Chocolate Cream Cheese

This week has given me to do as I like brownies and cheesecakes so I will not think twice, brownie and cheesecake together !! uhmm a treat for the palate, above joins that last February was my birthday and virtually almost all my nephews, (will aim to have my brothers), the question that I could not bring anything to my peers and me they have remembered all this time ..... so to redeem have prepared this brownie with cream cheese, go for them and for all of you, hope you like ... they loved it.

And now we go with the recipe:

Ingredients...:

115 gr. unsalted butter at room temperature

230 gr. of chocolate chips

150 gr. of sugar

3 eggs L size at room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

80 gr. wheat flour

10 gr. of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon fresh milk (optional)

A little bit of salt

225 gr. cheese spreads at room temperature

50 gr. of sugar

1 egg size L at room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

We started preparing chocolate brownie dough:

In a bowl put the butter and chopped chocolate and Melt over medium heat, stirring constantly about 5 minutes (or we melt in the microwave at 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval). Remove from heat, pour into another bowl and let cool slightly, about 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C, heat up and down (if your oven is serious to 160C ventilation). Prepare the mold (I used a 24 * 18) covering it with baking paper, leaving an overhang on all sides then easily lift the brownie.

Bake for 30-35 minutes (all ovens are different, so after 30 minutes attentive !!) or to see our brownie begins to separate from the edges of the mold, introduce a stick and when it comes out with a few moist crumbs You are ready, if it comes out completely clean we have been cooking in the oven and we will find a dried brownie.

Cool completely before unmolding brownie, once desmoldado let stand at least 2 hours, the day is delicious but if you are able to wait until the next day this vice.
