Peanut butter cookies and oatmeal

One of the secrets to good cookies is to have a peanut butter quality and clear that one that does not use sugar or any artificial additives.

Only they need:
- 2/3 cup (58g) of rolled oats
- 230g peanut butter (I used the Santa Craze) + 2 tablespoons ghee or clarified butter
- 7 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used 70% cocoa)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

What you have to do first is to mix oats, baking powder and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.

In another bowl beat well the egg must then add peanut butter, ghee and brown sugar with a spatula.

Once mixed these ingredients, go adding the dry ingredients to reserve at first slowly. At the end I mixed everything with your hands and added the last chocolate chips.

Chilled mixture for 30 minutes and go pre heating the oven to 180ÂșC.

After 30 minutes, on a tray with parchment paper placed over small balls of dough separated and then crushed with a spoon.

Bake for about 13-15 minutes and do not worry if they are a bit soft, that's how it should be and then when let cool for 10 minutes in the same tray then is when will the texture we want.

READY! Accompany with a little almond milk low-fat or what they like.
