Shortbread Thermomix Recipe



We teach you to prepare some delicious shortbread in the Thermomix, as rich as always but most easily prepared with the help of our food processor.

Thermomix shortbread Ingredients:

- Pastry flour, 190 grams
- Butter, 125 grams
- Confectioner's sugar, 75 grams
- An egg yolk

Preparation:

To start preparing these cookies in the Thermomix we will put in the glass of our food processor all purpose flour, 125 grams of slightly melted butter, confectioners' sugar and egg yolk. Separate the yolk from the white can be done in several ways, we prefer the traditional method, ie, hands. It's as simple as cracking the egg in one hand and place a container underneath it, whet your fingers that the clear will fall on the container and in the end we left the pad in hand. Simple, right ?.

Once we have all these ingredients in the glass of the Thermomix we will schedule to mix at speed 5 for half a minute or so. At the time the program ends have achieved a homogeneous and smooth mass. The remove and wrap in plastic wrap.
