Irresistible and artificial strawberry cupcakes (or strawberry)
I also decided to make a sort of ring of cream and inside a mini-pool (?) Jelly strawberry / strawberry, I will show you now. The cupcakes have pieces of fruit inside, and can vary the recipe with other berries. Let's cook!
Strawberry flavor ice cream cupcakes and jelly
Ingredients:
For the cake:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- Aromas, spirits or essences of your choice (I used vanilla)
- 1/2 cup of strawberries into small cubes (or crushed in a food processor)
1) Add all dry ingredients (flour and demases) to a bowl. Mix well so they do not have lumps.
2) In another bowl or jug, vigorously whisk wet ingredients until combined.
3) Make a volcano in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour the liquid. slowly mixed with a spatula until no lumps, without beating.
4) Add the fruit mixture and wrap on itself until everything is well incorporated.
5) Preheat the oven at high temperature and prepares the muffin tin with paper capsules (or buttered and flour each ramekin).
6) Pour 3/4 of each capsule or mold.
7) Bake for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to medium-high and continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes. To find out if they are ready, pinchalos with a stick (which should come out clean), or play them on the surface. If they are fluffy, they are ready.
Are exquisite also, dusted with powdered sugar, whipped cream or direct from the oven. But like all good things can be better (especially if butter or sugar involved), come with jelly and cream!
Express strawberry jelly
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries (I used a canned, fresh or frozen but serve the same)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
1) In a saucepan add the strawberries and sugar (if using fresh fruit, let them marinate about one hour).
2) Heat the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly (sugar content makes it easily burn). Add 1/4 cup water.
3) Once reached the boil, mix cornstarch with remaining water until there are no lumps and add to the mixture. Let boil again and jelly thickens.
4) Let cool until it is consistent.
Ice cream strawberry flavor and artificial ultra garish color
Ingredients:
- 150 ml of milk
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons strawberry nesquik
- 100 gr. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons strawberry jelly
- pinch of salt
1) In a small saucepan mix the milk, flour, sugar, salt and nesquik until no lumps. You can pass the mixture through a sieve to make sure.
2) Heat the non-stop stirring, over medium heat to medium low mix. Be sure to mix, and the mixture will begin to thicken much.
3) Mix until very thick and poured into a bowl. You must wait for it to cool. When that happens, the mixture will thicken even more, leaving a mass that holds its shape (yes, it looks a bit disgusting).
Beat butter (which must be squishy, but not melted) until it looks creamy and airy, about 3 minutes at maximum speed. Add the flour and whisk dough about 5 minutes at maximum speed. Add jelly and a few drops of dye paste (optional). Bate last until you have an airy, nice, perfect cream.
ideal for decorating, and has an irresistible texture. As of whipped cream.
Decor the surface of the cupcakes with a ring of this dream cream and filled inside with a teaspoon of strawberry jam.
