Diet to lose 5 kilos in a week
For many people, losing weight becomes a priority in their lives and a source of daily concerns. Day 3: The third day we eat fruits and vegetables. You can mix both as you like and eat until you fill your stomach. The third day if you can eat a banana if you want, but only one.
Day 4: vegetables, bananas and milk. Day four is already different from the previous ones. Today you will eat exactly 6 bananas, 3 glasses of milk and a plate of vegetables but not lots of it. The divide as follows, at breakfast 2 bananas and a glass of milk, at noon the same and in the afternoon the same but with added vegetable dish.
Day 5: Rice and tomatoes. Today the menu is a bowl of rice and 6 raw tomatoes. Distributed throughout the day for those times you feel hungry and since we eat a lot of tomatoes, drink more water today than previous days to debug.
Day 6: Rice and vegetables. In the morning we eat a bowl of white rice and during the day you can eat dishes cooked or raw vegetables of your choice.
Day 7: The last day we can eat 1 bowl of rice, fruits, vegetables and juices without sugar.
