Detox diet based on fruits and vegetables

This is a dietary regime which aims to detoxify your body quickly, it is very easy to do and is mainly based on the intake of different fruits and vegetables. However, it is worth mentioning that this plan can put into practice only for 3 days.

To perform this dietary regimen will need to have a sound health, drink as much water as possible daily flavor all your tea with sweetener and flavoring your food with salt, lemon juice, vinegar and a minimal amount of oil sunflower. You must then repeat the detailed daily menu you make the plan. 

Fruit based diet plan Daily menu:

Fasting: 1 orange.

Breakfast: 2 cups of tea or mate cocido, 1 block and 1 kiwi.

Mid-morning: 1 low fat yogurt.

Lunch: salad vegetables 4 choice 1 part light gelatin. You can eat as much salad you want.

Afternoon: 1 large glass of citrus juice choice.

Snack: 2 cups of black coffee or coffee with milk and 1 slice of bread spread with jam light.

Dinner: fruit choice. You can eat as much fruit as you want.

Before bed: 1 cup of tea or chamomile boldo.
