Ingredients
2 slices wholemeal bread
3 slices of turkey
1 slice of cheese
50 gr. cheese spread with herbs
Romaine lettuce
Tips: You can choose the cheese you like, and use normal spreadable cheese by adding your favorite spices.

1. Thoroughly wash the lettuce or endive, drain and cut a few leaves into thin strips.
2. Spread the cheese on you slice of bread. If you prefer, you can use regular cheese, put it in a bowl and add the spices that you like before spreading on bread.
3. Place lettuce, turkey, slice of cheese and close the sandwich. To make it easier to eat, you can cut it in half.
