Pina colada ice cream recipe
The combination of pineapple and coconut I love, and in the form of ice cream is now ideal for summer. In addition, it can not be easier to do for the few ingredients. Thanks to the coconut milk is very creamy, especially if it is removed with a little advance from the freezer to the refrigerator.
Ingredients (for about 1 liter of ice cream.):
2 cans of 400 ml coconut milk
500 ml of fresh pineapple cut

Preparation:
