Fruit Smoothie with yogurt

Ingredients

2 cups fresh, frozen or canned and drained
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup orange juice
6 ice cubes
preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
notes

Read the instructions blender if you are using for the first time.
Crush the ice first to prevent small lumps of ice.
